In this Weekend Intensive, Natasha (NawaTaneko) and Alexander (NawaRonin) will invite you take a different look at the philosophy and toolbox of their style of rope bondage: “Semenawa”. 

How to use pressure - impact - to create an emotional response from our models?

You will be dealing with more complex techniques in semi- and full suspension. Rope after rope the challenge is increased, resulting in images that are aesthetically reminiscent of calligraphy or ikebana. The goal is to move the tied partner to devotion and show them in all their beauty. Rope Bottoms will learn the somatic skills to accept and integrate the impact, allowing for emotional transformation in ropes without giving up their boundaries.

For whom is it?

Rope couples with intermediate/advanced experience in Japanese-inspired rope bondage. Through various exercises and repetition you will practice the principles and gain fluency in your abilities as well as self-confidence in applying Semenawa during your private play.

Prerequisites

You are able to confidently tie a secure Gote (TK, Box-Tie), designed for torsional loads

You have a routine in executing (semi)-suspensions

You are willing to get involved in the philosophy of Semenawa

Bring along

Clothing to your taste, suiting your mood for intense rope bondage

At least 12 jute ropes, 5 or 6 mm, 7 - 7.6 m long

€360 per couple for the 2 days workshop.

We provide free drinks and some snacks during the workshop.
