Building Blocks 3: Basic Hip Harness

Hip harnesses are mostly used to make (partial) suspensions more comfortable for rope bottoms, or to use the waist and hips as the center point in a suspension. With the rise of online classes, there is now a great variety of hip harnesses about. In this class we will teach you a basic hip harness that you can use for most positions in partial and  full suspensions.

For whom?

This workshop is for couples with some experience in Shibari. You are confident with the single column tie, tension, reverse tension and frictions. You know how to tie secure uplines and have some experience with semi-suspension. It is an advantage if you know how to tie a TK chest harness, but you can perfectly attend this class if you don't.

This class is an excellent bridge between the Suspension 1 & 2 classes.
